Daily Parking Structure Rates
Monthly Pass Rate => Only $35.00 +10%tax
Passes for the following month will be sold after the 15th of the month. Monthly passes are available for purchase from
the on-site parking operator.
Hourly Rates
1st 20 Minutes – FREE
$0.50 for next 40 minutes ($.050 cents first hour)
$1.00 per hour for next two hours ($1.50 for two hours)
$2.00 per hour thereafter until ($2.50 for three hours)
daily maximum of $4.50 is reached ($4.50 for four hours +)
The Studio City Public
Parking Structure is owned and operated by the
City of Los Angeles.

Metered street parking is
also available along Ventura Blvd. A newly constructed parking
structure is also located behind the Bank of America building at
12223 Ventura Blvd.
The boundaries of
the Studio City BID are as follows: Ventura Boulevard between
Whitsett Avenue
and Carpenter Avenue, Ventura Place, Ventura Court between
Rhodes and Laurelgrove, Radford Avenue from Ventura Boulevard to
Valleyheart Drive.
