CBS Studio Center is a full service production facility consisting of 18 sound stages, several exterior set locations including New York Street, Central Park and Residential Street, over 200 dressing rooms, and approximately 180,000 square feet of supporting office space. For the convenience of our tenants there is a café, gym, beauty shop, car wash, coffee bar, martial arts center and supply station located on the lot.
The Studio, built by Mack Sennett back in 1928, has been home to such classics as Gunsmoke, Rawhide, Big Valley, Gilligan’s Island, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Hill Street Blues, St. Elsewhere, Roseanne and Seinfeld. Will & Grace, That 70’s Show, Malcolm in the Middle, and the soap opera Passions are among the shows currently in production on the lot.
